Job summary

Construction Procurement Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain construction schedules for multiple projects. You will monitor progress against baselines, explain variances, and prepare trend reports while contributing to scheduling standards and procedures.

Candidates should have 5+ years in scheduling, strong Primavera P6 and MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience or equivalent in construction scheduling.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Capable of advanced analysis and guiding others.
• Knowledge of institutional, retail, government and healthcare markets.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains schedules for assigned projects using CPM techniques.
• Organizes bid proposals to meet deadlines.
• Verifies start/finish dates, budgets, WBS, and data.
• Evaluates data, recommends efficient methods.
• Communicates status and corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Collaborates with project team to keep schedules current.
• Ensures resources are available to sustain schedules.
• Coordinates data with internal/external customers and teams.
