Job summary

Irby Construction Company is seeking a skilled Scheduler to oversee scheduling for multiple projects. You will build and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, update progress, and ensure adherence to contract requirements.

You will collaborate with project teams, owners, and subcontractors, mentor junior schedulers, and contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling standards and reporting. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience with Primavera P6/P6 Enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to validate schedule data against field progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate schedules.
• Incorporate resources, costs, and quantities into the schedule.
• Enforce scheduling standards and contract requirements.
• Mentor junior schedulers and coordinate with project teams.
