Job summary

Irby Construction Company seeks a skilled Scheduler to oversee all scheduling for complex projects, developing and maintaining integrated schedules in Primavera P6 and MS Project while coordinating with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of Primavera P6 experience, with travel up to 50% and opportunities to mentor junior staff within Project Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience using Primavera P6/P6 Enterprise for schedule development and resource loading.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods; ability to validate schedule data against field progress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate schedules.
• Incorporate resources, costs, and quantities into schedules.
• Mentor junior schedulers and coordinators to enhance scheduling capabilities.
