Job summary

Technical Source is seeking a Project Scheduler to support planning and execution of construction and engineering projects in the United States. You will develop and maintain schedules, track progress, identify delays, and provide scheduling insights to project teams and clients.

Responsibilities include using Primavera P6 or MS Project, collaborating with managers and engineers, and delivering regular schedule updates and reports.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project scheduling experience, preferably within AEC, life sciences, or construction.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and project management principles.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks and delays, and support mitigation efforts.
• Prepare schedule updates, critical path analyses, forecasts, and other project reports.
• Support resource planning and workload analysis across multiple projects.
• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling guidance and recommendations.
