Job summary

M3 Engineering & Technology in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sr. Scheduler assistant to develop and maintain project schedules for large EPCM heavy industrial projects using Primavera P6. You will update weekly, analyze progress, coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction, and support cost and schedule reporting.

Travel domestically and internationally as needed; in-person work is required. Bachelor's degree or pursuing degree in engineering or PM is preferred; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling on multidisciplinary design and construction projects.
• Ability to read drawings and translate into schedules.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Primavera Cloud, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Update schedules weekly and produce stakeholder reports.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Analyze progress and recommend schedule improvements.
• Interpret drawings to define schedule activities and scope.
• Facilitate planning meetings with project team and clients.
• Collaborate with project controls to align cost and schedule.
• Develop WBS and assign resources for cash flow reports.
