Job summary

Technical Source is seeking a Project Scheduler to support planning and execution of construction and engineering projects in the United States. You will develop and maintain schedules, track progress, identify delays, and provide scheduling insights to project teams and clients.

Responsibilities include using Primavera P6 or MS Project, collaborating with managers and engineers, and delivering regular schedule updates and reports.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project scheduling experience, preferably within AEC, life sciences, or construction.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and project management principles.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
• Work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather schedule information and maintain alignment with project goals
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks and delays, and support mitigation efforts
• Prepare schedule updates, critical path analyses, forecasts, and other project reports
• Support resource planning and workload analysis across multiple projects
• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling guidance and recommendations
• Ensure schedules and reporting meet company standards and client requirements

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project scheduling experience, preferably within AEC, life sciences, or construction
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and project management principles
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
