• Develop CPM baseline project schedules in P6.
• Strong coordination and communication with project teams and stakeholders.
• Tailor work breakdown structures for tracking and cohesive formats.
• Monthly schedule updates with real-time data from project teams.
• Maintain a well-documented schedule database by project type and size.
• Ensure logic drives critical path and minimize unnecessary constraints.
• Perform time impact analysis on change requests.
• Monitor delays and push logic through the schedule to dates.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules and update progress regularly.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align timelines.
• Communicate with project managers and stakeholders on deliverables and schedules.
• Capture delays or impacts and reflect them in the schedule.
• Analyze performance and suggest acceleration options when critical path is affected.
