Job summary

CRB in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Project Scheduler II to prepare summary- and detail-level schedules for construction projects using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. You will update schedules, train users, and ensure compliance with corporate standards and contract requirements.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to gather inputs, monitor progress, identify delays or risks and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis and earned value metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project scheduling experience in AEC or life sciences (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather inputs and align with project goals.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis and forecasting.
• Support resource planning and workload analysis across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with standards and client requirements for schedule development.
• Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights.
