Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of Primavera P6 experience developing and maintaining CPM construction schedules.
• Proven CPM construction scheduling experience.
• Experience with new vertical construction and renovation projects.
• Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or heavy-highway construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling concepts, milestones, float, and dependencies.
• Experience analyzing contractor schedules and proposed revisions.
• Experience preparing schedule narratives, progress analyses, and status reports.
• Experience conducting Time Impact Analyses (TIA).
• Ability to communicate findings and risks to stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain CPM baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop and maintain program- and project-level construction schedules across multiple projects.
• Update schedules with narratives, progress analyses, and milestone status reporting.
• Integrate individual project and subcontractor schedules into master schedules.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, float, sequencing, and critical path activities.
• Identify schedule impacts and mitigation strategies.
• Analyze contractor schedules and propose revisions.
• Evaluate schedule performance against baselines and milestones.
• Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) for REAs, delays, and impacts.
• Provide scheduling analysis and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.
• Support multiple projects in a dynamic construction management environment.
