Job summary

PMA Consultants is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead complex project schedules for major programs and enterprise initiatives in a collaborative, client-facing role. You will apply CPM, GPM, and schedule-forensics to guide executives and drive scheduling governance across multiple teams.

Overseeing water and wastewater infrastructure projects, you will perform time impact analyses, review change orders, and report progress with advanced dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive scheduling/project controls experience on large-scale capital projects.
• Experience with water/wastewater treatment construction preferred.
• Mastery in CPM, GPM, and schedule forensics.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, CCP, or PSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, execution, and oversight of complex schedules for major programs and enterprise initiatives.
• Advise executive stakeholders and enforce scheduling governance.
• Prepare and review project schedules and time impact analyses.
• Review contractor recovery schedules, cost-loaded schedules, and earned value analyses.
• Create advanced reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for technical and non-technical audiences.
