Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for Capital Projects to develop and maintain project schedules for electric capital infrastructure, interfacing with management, engineering, and construction teams. The role supports schedule governance and reporting.

This position offers hybrid work with three days in the office and two remote, and opportunities to work with client teams across projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of project controls and scheduling practices.
• 7+ years of project experience on capital projects.
• Post-secondary graduate with relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking across stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented with ability to deliver high‑quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for electric capital infrastructure projects.
• Interface with project management, client management, engineering, and construction teams.
• Perform critical path analysis and provide insights for corrective actions.
• Support schedule contingency management and risk identification.
• Produce regular updates and deviations reports against baselines.
• Travel to client offices as needed for coordination.
