Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for Capital Projects to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, interfacing with project management, client management, engineering, and construction teams. You will perform critical path analysis, provide schedule insights, and support risk management practices using Primavera P6 and other tools.

The role requires 5+ years of project experience, strong communication skills, and advanced MS Excel/Access capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Familiarity with the practical application of project controls.
• 5 or more years of project experience.
• Post-secondary graduate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for capital projects.
• Interface with project management, client management, engineering, construction and other stakeholders.
• Produce look-ahead, actuals, and schedule quality reports.
• Provide regular updates and report deviations from the baseline.
