Harder Mechanical Contractors Inc. seeks a Project Safety Manager to lead safety programs on major semiconductor projects in the western region.

You will drive incident prevention, conduct on-site inspections, and mentor field teams to ensure safe work practices across complex construction activities. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of safety leadership, OSHA certifications, and a deep understanding of hazardous energy control, fall protection, and confined spaces.

Formación

• Ten+ years of experience in safety management.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• OSHA 510 certifications.
• Extensive knowledge of State/Local OSHA laws and regulations.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• May be required to pass security clearance and background checks.
• Additional safety certifications such as CSP, CHST, or OHST.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee incident prevention, site inspections, training, and reporting.
• Serve as on-site Competent Person for inspections of site, materials, and equipment.
• Oversee additional safety professionals on the project.
• Advise site superintendents and employees on hazards and controls.
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Lead toolbox talks and site-specific safety trainings.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to reduce risk and improve processes.
• Provide training to employees and managers to recognize hazards.
