Job summary

Pentagon Technologies seeks a Safety Manager to develop and oversee safety practices during on-site construction services. You will lead safety audits, training sessions, and permit processes while ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and client requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in safety management and at least 1 year in semiconductor environments, with OSHA 500/510 accreditation. Strong leadership and on-site coordination across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety management experience.
• 1+ years of semiconductor experience.
• OSHA 500/510 training accreditation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs for site construction work.
• Perform safety audits of personnel, equipment and materials.
• Lead safety meetings and pre-task hazard assessments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and other standards.
• Prepare safety trainings and review permits.
• Manage safety plans (LOTO, fall protection, scaffolding, ladders).
• Investigate incidents to determine root cause and corrective actions.
