Harder Mechanical Contractors Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support a semiconductor project within the Advanced Technology sector.

This entry-level role builds a path toward project management by coordinating with field crews, reviewing drawings, and tracking progress on projects ranging from $250,000 to $15 million. You will plan, schedule, and execute your scope, mentor new engineers, and assist the project manager while working across diverse teams and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Mech/Industrial/Civil or related fields.
• 3–10 years of construction management experience.
• Strong driving license and willingness to travel to other regions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute the assigned project scope.
• Coordinate with field labor to meet safety, schedule and quality standards.
• Review drawings and compile project scope and quantities.
• Monitor field construction for compliance with plans and specs.
• Mentor new engineers and assist the project manager.
• Estimate future work and prepare work packages.
