Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED required; BS in Occupational/Environmental Safety & Health preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: OSHA 30 required; BCSP certification (CHST/CSP) preferred.
• Experience: 5–7 years in construction safety; electrical safety experience preferred.
• Driving: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan implementation.
• Coach crews on hazard identification and risk reduction.
• Develop and deliver safety orientations and training.
• Oversee incident investigations and safety audits.
• Manage safety inspections of tools and equipment.
• Support with weekly toolbox talks and action plans.
• Provide safety metrics and reporting to leadership.
