Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• CPR/FA Certified (Trainer Preferred); STS/STSC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of safety programs through daily field walks and log observations.
• Support project-specific corrective action plans to address safety issues.
• Provide coaching to employees on safe behaviors and recognize safe practices.
• Assist with basic safety training and orientations for new employees.
• Support incident investigations and assist with injury/illness case facilitation.
• Raise potential compliance risks to Safety leadership.
• Attend daily safety meetings and evaluate participation and effectiveness.
