Job summary
Miller Electric Company is seeking a Senior Project Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across commercial construction and corporate functions. You will partner with senior leaders to staff Project Managers, Superintendents, and other critical roles, focusing on strong sourcing, market intelligence, and compliant processes.
You will coordinate with the Director of Talent Management and deliver strategic recruiting solutions for complex projects, balancing union and non-union workforce needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for electrical construction or mission-critical projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with passive candidate identification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with project staffing demands.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines for Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and other roles.
- Forecast workforce needs with operational leaders across multiple sectors.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in the ATS; ensure compliance and process improvement.
