Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for electrical construction, specialty contracting, or mission-critical/data center projects.
• Proven track record hiring project-based and leadership roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills; ability to identify passive candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with project staffing needs.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination with HR.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Schedulers, and field leadership roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking events, and unions.
• Assess candidates on technical qualifications, leadership, project experience, safety, and cultural alignment.
• Forecast workforce needs across commercial, healthcare, industrial, and data center projects.
• Support hiring initiatives in both union and non-union environments; maintain strong employer branding.
