Job summary

Miller Electric Company in Deerfield Beach, FL, is seeking a Senior Project Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for project-based roles across electrical construction, healthcare, data center, and industrial segments.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, you will partner with executives and hiring managers, build pipelines, assess candidates for technical qualifications and cultural fit, and help shape workforce planning for upcoming projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for electrical construction, specialty contracting, or mission-critical/data center projects.
• Proven success recruiting project-based and leadership roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills with passive candidate identification.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with staffing needs.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding with HR.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for Project Managers, Estimators, Schedulers, and Field Leaders.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and unions.
• Assess candidates on technical qualifications, leadership, project experience, safety, and cultural fit.
• Forecast workforce needs for commercial, healthcare, industrial, and data center projects.
• Support recruiting in both union and non-union environments.
• Build relationships with candidates and represent Miller Electric brand and culture.
• Maintain records, metrics, and reporting in ATS.
• Provide pipeline updates and market intelligence to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and labor agreements.
• Support process improvements in recruiting and employer branding.
