TR Miller Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and build strong partnerships with department leaders across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sales, and operations.

You will proactively source, screen, interview, and coach candidates while maintaining organized records and driving innovative strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with candidates and leaders.
• Experience using recruiting technology and ATS.
• Willingness to travel to Illinois and Indiana.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sales, and operations.
• Develop candidate pipelines for immediate openings and anticipated needs.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely, accurate candidate information.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Paylocity and recruiting platforms.
• Partner with HR and department leaders on workforce planning.
