Zusammenfassung

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Manager (PPM) for Advanced Manufacturing. This role leads all purchasing, subcontracting, expediting, and supplier quality on mega projects valued at $750M+ and on high‑priority initiatives within Jacobs AM.

The Senior PPM reports to the Director of Supply Management of AM and works onsite in the U.S. Responsibilities include planning, bidding, negotiations, and coordinating procurement activities across project teams.

Qualifikationen

• 18+ years of experience in engineering and/or capital construction purchasing, contracting, expediting, supplier quality management and material management.
• Experience using MS Office tools, including intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a procurement team on complex mega projects.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead upfront procurement planning, SME development, and strategy for mega projects.
• Manage teams of buyers, expeditors, and subcontract administrators and coordinate with project leaders.
• Oversee purchasing and subcontracting activities, POs, and contract modifications to meet project goals.
• Negotiate source selections and drive procurement efficiencies on high-value projects.
