• 18+ years of experience in engineering and/or capital construction purchasing, contracting, expediting, supplier quality management and material management.
• Experience using MS Office tools, including intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
• A drive to solve complex and challenging problems.
• A desire to manage a team of procurement professionals through demonstrated inspirational leadership.

Aufgaben

• As an overall Project Procurement Lead, perform upfront Procurement planning activities (SMEP, purchasing and subcontract strategies, templates, reports).
• Manage teams of buyers, expeditors, and subcontract administrators with oversight of other procurement functions.
• Use critical thinking to maximize efficiency of procurement efforts.
• Lead major purchases of long lead equipment and high-risk materials and equipment.
• Oversee subcontracting of professional/technical services on large projects and act as Subcontracts Manager where appropriate.
• Administer POs/Procurement Agreements and change orders to meet project objectives.
• Review invoices and ensure payment terms are met.
• Identify and resolve procurement risks with the PS Management Team.
