Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Procurement Manager (PPM) for Advanced Manufacturing to lead procurement on Mega Projects ($750M+ TIC). You will manage buyers, expeditors, and subcontract admins, steer procurement strategy, and coordinate with project teams and clients.

The role is project-based on a US location with extensive ownership and leadership responsibilities. The Senior PPM reports to the Director of Supply Management AM and offers health, retirement, stock options, and generous

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in engineering and/or capital construction purchasing, contracting, expediting, supplier quality management and material management.
• Strong MS Excel skills and MS Office suite.
• A drive to solve complex and challenging problems.
• A desire to manage a team of procurement professionals through demonstrated inspirational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead upfront procurement planning, SMEP, and supplier strategies.
• Manage teams of buyers, expeditors, and subcontract admins with oversight.
• Drive procurement execution on mega projects with $750M+ total installed cost.
• Oversee POs/subcontracts, invoices, and change orders.
• Develop bidder lists, RFQs, evaluations, and source selections.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on a commodity and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with project and client teams to meet objectives.
