Job summary

GSW is seeking a Senior Project Planner in Morrisville, NC to drive financial health across brands and coordinate production. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and billing while maintaining strategic pace and team engagement.

You will collaborate with brand Project Managers and account leads to ensure accuracy and transparency, contributing to successful acquisitions and ongoing campaigns within the healthcare communications space.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or relevant experience required.
• 5+ years' experience in advertising/marketing production/delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Drives financial health of assigned brands.
• Creates and maintains budget scope documents.
• Develops estimates and manages billing processes.
• Leads monthly forecasting with rationale on submission.
• Serves as client point of contact for financial management.
• Collaborates with brand PM and account leads to ensure transparency.
