Hargrove EPC seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to supervise and direct a team delivering complex engineering, procurement and construction services in California. You will drive cost, schedule and quality performance with minimal supervision, manage multiple projects, and lead client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a BS/MS in engineering, PE and PMP preferred, and 15+ years of relevant experience across engineering, project and construction

Formación

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is required.
• Professional Engineer and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
• This position requires 15 or more years of relevant industrial experience in engineering, project and construction management.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently managing projects by estimating Professional Service man-hours and achieving objectives.
• Managing commercial contracts on projects, ensuring timely invoice payments, processing Change Notices, reviewing the Office Earnings Report, and keeping the project plan current in Vision.
• Maintaining control of the project by tracking performance budget, schedule commitments, and quality standards using project controls tools.
• Validating professional service and construction estimates at project start and tracking changes as the project progresses.
• Participating in development of major technical, cost, scheduling and performance decisions.
• Leading the team and coordinating resource requirements with ongoing work, aligning expectations and conducting weekly coordination meetings.
