Job summary

You will oversee field teams, coordinate with superintendents, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery across water and wastewater construction projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, 8+ years of field experience, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication skills to manage owners, vendors and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of construction field experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan.
• Oversee the pay request process.
• Monitor project costs and job cost reports.
• Analyze and forecast total cost projections.
• Monitor project labor.
• Review and approve material and equipment needs.
• Assist in estimating when bidding projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors.
• Other duties as assigned.
