Job summary

MGC Contractors, Inc is seeking Concrete, Labor and Mechanical Superintendents to join the Texas Division in the Austin area. The roles require coordinating site logistics, schedules, costs, and safety across water and wastewater construction projects.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least five years of experience on multi-functional water/wastewater projects. This is a full-time, on-site position with potential overtime as job duties demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least five years of experience on multi-functional water/wastewater projects required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Project Contract status reports.
• Coordinate with the team in development of project site logistics plan.
• Coordinate and Assist with scheduling of project site logistics plan.
• Coordinate with the team in development and thorough updates of the project schedule.
• Coordinate with the team on the pay request process.
• Monitor project costs and job cost reports.
• Analyze and forecast total cost projection reports.
• Implement and monitor safety on site staff.
• Monitor project labor.
• Review and approve material and equipment needs.
• Any and all other duties assigned.
