Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, project management, computer science, or related field with seven years of qualified experience.
• Two-year Associate’s degree with nine years of qualified experience or High School Diploma/GED with eleven years of qualified experience.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required; valid state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mitigation projects of defective equipment for Substation, Protection/Controls and/or Transmission Line.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and supervise project activities.
• Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies to project management.
• Develop and manage the project/outage plan, schedule, and budget; control costs.
• Communicate project details and status updates to stakeholders; provide reports.
• Mentor sub-team project managers and coordinate procurement and contracts.
