Job summary

LVI Associates in Houston is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead underground utility construction programs for City of Houston and Harris County Flood Control projects.

You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams; coordinate with owners and inspectors; and ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Experience managing underground utility construction projects.
Preferred: City of Houston or Harris County Flood Control project experience.
Strong understanding of wet utilities, drainage, water, sewer infrastructure.
Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage underground utility construction projects from start to finish.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation.
Coordinate with owners, municipalities, inspectors, subcontractors, and field teams.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Track project costs, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
Support bidding, change orders, and project closeout activities.
