Job summary

LVI Associates in Houston is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee infrastructure projects across the Greater Houston area, with a strong background in civil construction, utilities, site development and public works, from preconstruction through closeout.

You will plan, budget, schedule, communicate with clients, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project execution, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget compliance for complex heavy civil programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of project management in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with utilities, site development and public works.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple heavy civil construction projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and production plans.
• Coordinate field operations with Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project costs, quantities, change orders, and overall financial performance.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget goals.
• Prepare monthly reports, project updates, and progress forecasts for leadership.
