HBK Engineering, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Underground Transmission team, based in Chicago or Philadelphia, with work location options including Chicago, Oak Brook, IL, Philadelphia or Norristown, PA. The role leads project teams through design, analysis, and constructability from 69kV to 345kV, with oversight of risks, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years in underground transmission design (duct bank, manhole/vault, splice design, cable ampacity/thermal analysis).
• PMP certification or PE license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, support, and direct teams of project managers, engineers, designers, and field personnel in underground transmission design and constructability.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare, review, and approve proposals, contracts, and cost estimates.
