Pattern Energy seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead RELAY transitions from Development to Construction and from Construction to Operations. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive execution, and uphold process integrity in a high‑stakes, fast‑moving environment.

You will champion cross‑functional execution, facilitate stage gates, and continuously improve transition discipline while delivering under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Senior Project Manager experience leading large, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage high‑stakes transitions and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Experience collaborating across Development, Construction, Operations, Finance, Legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead RELAY transitions: Stage 4 and Stage 6 with clear accountability and timely inputs.
• Coordinate deliverables across multiple functions to align with RELAY processes.
• Ensure stage-gate readiness with documentation, risk assessments, and approvals.
