Job summary
Pattern Energy is seeking a passionate Senior Project Manager to lead RELAY transitions from Development to Construction and from Construction to Operations. You will drive cross-functional execution, coordinate inputs across Development, Construction, Operations, Finance and Legal, ensuring timely, high-quality handoffs.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a Senior Project Manager leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with cross‑functional influence across Development, Construction, Operations, Finance and Legal.
- Familiarity with stage-gate or portfolio management processes; enterprise tools a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead RELAY transitions: Stage 4 and Stage 6 with clear accountability and timely inputs.
- Coordinate deliverables across Development, Construction, Operations, Finance, Legal.
- Ensure stage gate readiness; proactively remove blockers to maintain momentum.
- Uphold RELAY standards, process integrity, and enterprise tools.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and decisions.
