Job summary

IES Communications seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance. This role coordinates staffing, materials, and customer delivery, driving profitability and timely invoicing.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in supervisory roles within telecommunications or related fields, with strong MS Office and MS Project proficiency and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred; RCDD certification preferred.
• Experience: minimum five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience: minimum five (5) years in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, discipline and discharge project staff.
• Manage human resources per Company policies; handle performance and pay changes.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to meet customer and Company goals.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor delivery progress.
• Plan for, manage, and maintain project profitability.
• Review job cost postings and prepare invoices and financial reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Act as Company liaison with customer representatives.
• Create, develop and implement account process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
