Job summary

IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services delivering electrical, mechanical, and communications contracting solutions. The Project Manager leads assigned projects, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance align with company requirements and customer expectations.

We seek a candidate with at least five years of supervisory or managerial experience in telecommunications or related fields, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• Must have minimum five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must meet driving standards and be able to manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Ability to define project scope and manage to completion and customer turnover.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, and discipline project staff per company policies.
• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and installation progress.
• Plan, manage, monitor, and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review job cost postings for accuracy and invoices, collections, and reporting.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
• Liaise with customer representatives.
• Create and implement account process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
