Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in Northern California is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high performing construction team handling complex special projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role offers significant ownership over project strategy, financial performance, client relationships, and team development, with daily collaboration among owners, designers, subcontractors, superintendents, and executives to deliver safe, efficient, and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive construction project management experience, preferably on special projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction and major building trades.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Develop project strategies, budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead subcontractor bidding, selection, buyout, and contract process.
• Manage project financials including cost control, forecasting, billing, change orders, and reporting.
• Lead client and owner meetings, building long-term relationships with owners and design teams.
• Collaborate with field leadership to resolve challenges and keep projects on schedule.
