Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in Milpitas, CA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex special construction projects across Northern California. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, drive strategy, budgeting, schedules, and client relationships while guiding a team of engineers and coordinators.

This role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive construction project management experience, preferably within special projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction and all major building trades, including MEP.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout and procurement.
• Develop project strategies, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead subcontractor bidding, selection, buyout, and contracts.
• Manage project financials including cost control, forecasting, and billing.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings to maintain relationships.
• Partner with field leadership to resolve challenges and maintain schedule.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
