Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead challenging construction projects in Northern California. You will own strategy, financial performance, client relationships, and team development from preconstruction through closeout.

You will collaborate with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and field leaders to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule, while mentoring junior staff and driving a culture of safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Progressive construction project management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong estimating, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control skills.
• Experience with preconstruction through closeout and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop project strategies, budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and risk mitigation
• Lead subcontractor bidding, selection, buyout, and contract process
• Manage project financials including cost control, forecasting, billing, change orders
• Lead client and executive meetings while building long-term relationships
• Mentor Project Engineers and coordinators; promote safety and accountability
