Job summary

RimePro Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing construction team handling complex special projects across Northern California.

You will be involved from preconstruction through closeout, owning project strategy, financial performance, client relationships, and team development while collaborating with clients, design teams, and field leadership to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6 years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Strong estimating, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project or Primavera P6, PowerPoint, and construction management software.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction and estimating through procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Develop project strategies, budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead the subcontractor bidding, selection, buyout, and contract process.
• Manage project financials including cost control, forecasting, billing, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Lead client and owner meetings while building strong, long term relationships with owners and design teams.
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers, Project Coordinators, and other project team members.
