Job summary

RIMEPRO INC in Northern California seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead complex commercial construction projects, mentoring field teams and coordinating with executives, clients, and trade partners to deliver on time, on budget, and safely.

This role requires 10+ years in field leadership, proficiency with Procore, scheduling tools, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams and manage risk across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field leadership in commercial construction.
• 5+ years leading or managing Superintendents on ground-up projects.
• Experience on complex commercial, healthcare, education, or mission-critical builds.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level field leadership on complex commercial projects.
• Mentor Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Collaborate with Project Executives on strategy, scheduling, logistics, and risk.
• Lead preconstruction planning, sequencing, BIM coordination, and field logistics.
• Manage master schedules and short interval planning.
• Resolve complex field issues with owners, architects, engineers, and subs.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and accountability in the field.
• Support manpower planning, production tracking, and change orders.
• Build strong client and trade partner relationships.
• Lead debriefs and implement best practices across projects.
