Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• 5+ years of construction Project Management experience.
• Experience with ground up multifamily construction is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement and overall project performance.
• Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals and pay applications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost forecasts and financial reporting.
