Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, partnering with senior and executive leadership to deliver measurable business impact. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex problems into actionable plans and drive outcomes that strengthen service reliability and customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
3 years of project management experience.
Strong ability to work directly with business leaders and to support multiple stakeholders and assignments.
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

Lead large, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery to improve performance and customer experience.
Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to align priorities and drive accountability.
Oversee planning, risk identification, and execution across multiple workstreams.
Establish project plans, timelines, governance, and success metrics.
Monitor scope, budgets, risks, quality, and performance metrics to maintain momentum.
Communicate strategy and status to leadership and stakeholders; mentor junior PMs.
