Job summary

Spectrum's Customer Service Reliability team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, collaborating with senior and executive leadership to align priorities and deliver measurable business impact.

This hybrid role allows one day per week remote, located in Stamford, CT, with a focus on improving service reliability and customer experience across Spectrum networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of project management experience.
• Ability to work with business leaders and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery to improve service reliability, operational performance, and customer experience
• Partner with senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and teams across multiple departments to align priorities, drive accountability, and support successful project execution
• Oversee project planning, resource alignment, risk identification, and execution across multiple workstreams to deliver measurable business value
• Establish project plans, timelines, governance, and success measures that keep initiatives aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Monitor scope, budgets, risks, quality, service levels, and performance metrics to maintain momentum and ensure project goals are achieved
• Track progress, dependencies, and key decisions, proactively addressing issues and driving mitigation plans to reduce delivery risk
• Communicate project strategy, status, milestones, and challenges clearly to leadership and stakeholders to support alignment and informed decision-making.
• Mentor junior project managers and help elevate project management discipline, consistency, and effectiveness across the team
