Job summary

The position is in a hybrid office environment with optional remote work once a week. You will mentor junior PMs and help elevate project management practices across Spectrum teams, delivering impact

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong ability to work directly with business leaders and to support multiple stakeholders and assignments.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a data-driven approach and the ability to translate complex ideas for all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence outcomes and build alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery to improve service reliability, operational performance, and customer experience.
• Partner with senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and teams across multiple departments to align priorities, drive accountability, and support successful project execution.
• Oversee project planning, resource alignment, risk identification, and execution across multiple workstreams to deliver measurable business value.
• Establish project plans, timelines, governance, and success measures that keep initiatives aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor scope, budgets, risks, quality, service levels, and performance metrics to maintain momentum and ensure project goals are achieved.
• Track progress, dependencies, and key decisions, proactively addressing issues and driving mitigation plans to reduce delivery risk.
• Communicate project strategy, status, milestones, and challenges clearly to leadership and stakeholders to support alignment and informed decision-making.
• Mentor junior project managers and help elevate project management discipline, consistency, and effectiveness across the team
