Job summary

Spectrum Enterprise, part of Charter Communications, is seeking a Manager of Program Management to drive growth and deliver complex initiatives for enterprise clients. You will establish standards, guide PM teams, and partner with senior leaders to align programs with business goals.

You will oversee multiple projects from concept through implementation, coordinating internal and external resources, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of management experience.
• Five+ years of project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex programs with leadership to create roadmaps and coordinate initiatives.
• Ensure programs meet objectives on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress and allocate resources across multiple projects.
• Mentor and coach project teams to optimize performance.
• Mitigate risks and manage budgets, forecasts and reporting.
• Translate program data into compelling narratives for senior leadership.
