Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Benefits Implementation Manager to direct end-to-end self-funded client implementations. You will partner with stakeholders to resolve issues, serve as the primary contact, and drive delivery of project milestones while ensuring alignment with contractual guarantees.

Responsibilities include strategizing implementation plans, engaging cross-functional teams, and incorporating client feedback to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Project management and Client facing experience.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills across various levels of the organization.
• Ability to remain flexible yet focused during stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy while focusing on overall project deliverables.
• Ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Highly organized and able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments with high quality results.
• 1+ years Health Plans and Benefits experience (preferred)
• Salesforce experience (preferred)
• Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with Aetna organizations representing products and operations (preferred)
• Associate's degree preferred (education)

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for self-funded new business clients.
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to address implementation issues and exceed expectations.
• Acts as single point of contact for benefit plan implementations.
• Mediates and coordinates resolution of project deliverables and tasks.
• Develops and executes implementation strategy aligned with customer expectations.
• Ensures strategy aligns with performance guarantees and is executed effectively.
• Engages team members to fulfill responsibilities.
• Assesses client feedback and explores alternatives to satisfy needs while minimizing system impact.
