CVS Health seeks an experienced Implementation Manager to direct all aspects of self-funded benefit plan implementations for new business clients. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary contact and driving strategies that meet client expectations.

You will negotiate, resolve conflicts, and guide teams through complex deliverables, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
