Job summary

IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, seeks a Project Manager to support mission-critical programs within the Intelligence Community. You will plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects related to facilities, infrastructure, and operational support in secure environments.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in facilities management, leadership in cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of compliance, security, and operational requirements, with experience

Qualifications

FMP certification is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or facilities management.

Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation through close-out.
Coordinate with government stakeholders, facilities teams, engineering staff, contractors, and security personnel.
Apply facilities management best practices to support secure facilities and operational readiness.
Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
Identify and mitigate risks in high-security environments.
Ensure compliance with IC policies, safety standards, and security protocols.
