Candidates should have significant experience in facilities operations and management, with a high school diploma or higher. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Under a major National Security contract, IAP operates and maintains a facility in the National Capital region. Program responsibilities and services include comprehensive facility operations; project management for minor construction and major equipment repairs; engineering and operations support; custodial services; and environmental, safety, and occupational health support.
We are seeking an experienced Facility Project Manager to run daily operations for a 24/7 facility services National Security program. They will have overall responsibilities ensuring program health and performance in scope, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, and customer satisfaction.
High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelors desired. 3 years of experience in managing a workforce providing services on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity. 5 years of experience supporting facility management services. Experience with Quality Control and Site Safety and Health responsibilities.
Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmental Information (TS/SCI) with Yankee White (YW).
